The Cost Accountant will work closely with the Controller and Plant General Manager to ensure that operational costs are properly tracked to the respective production runs. Identifying variances to standard costs related to PPV, Volume Variances, Labor Variances, and Overhead absorption rates. RESPONSIBILITIES :
Perform the Global Annual Cost Roll, reviewing new standards and their impacts on margin, inventory revaluation and Capitalized Variance netting

The Heat Treater is responsible for the processing of metal parts by operating industrial machine tools, equipment, or systems in the Heat Treat Department.

Education:

SUMMARY :
The Electrical Technician position is responsible for assembling the electrical control panels for our high precision automation equipment. This includes assembling support structures used for necessary components and sub-assemblies. This position will include identifying areas of improvement to increase efficiency. RESPONSIBILITIES :
Assembly and/or wiring of electrical cabinets, control panels and routing inside machine.

Properly align electrical parts to facilitate wiring or assembly.

SUMMARY:
The Mechanical Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling and plumbing the mechanical elements of our high precision machines and systems. This position will include some limited design work to be performed in terms of component mounting, sheet metal alterations, fabricating machined parts, and routing of utilities. The details of the design will be captured by the engineering team. This position also requires the ability to estimate time to perform certain tasks.
*Please note that this is not a production environment but an environment of building prototypes and making machine modifications for the end customer. Each project is measured for profit and loss.
The requirements for this position are as follows:
EDUCATION :
High School Diploma required. Current enrollment in a technical degree program or an Associate Degree in a technical area preferred. US Citizenship and Security Clearance may be needed for certain projects.
EXPERIENCE :
A minimum of 5 years of experience in machine assembly required. Demonstrated competency in 2D CAD and experience with system controls (FANUC, Mitsubishi, and/or Siemens) required. Experience with common manufacturing materials and machining processes required. Ability to take both written and verbal instructions and ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism required.
SPECIFIC TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE :
Proficiency using measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, etc.
Knowledge of geometric tolerances to be implemented in assembly and inspection processes.
Skill in manual milling, turning, and grinding preferred.
Experience reading parts prints and assembly drawings as well as hydraulic/pneumatic schematics.
Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics and their applications and basic components.

Build mechanical assemblies to customer specifications based on manufacturing drawings.
Build and interface fluid assemblies, pneumatics, hydraulics and coolants based on manufacturing schematics.
Prepare estimates on project completion time for customer quotes.
Document project completion steps for future reference and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with machine assembly and other key stakeholders in the completion of projects.
Compile project information to assist in serving future customer needs.
Conduct postmortem analysis of project completion for comparison to estimate for more accurate delivery.

SUMMARY :
The Production Machinist is responsible for the set up and operation of both conventional and CNC machining equipment. In addition to the efficient run of production lots, this role will inspect the work produced using a wide range of precision measurement instruments.
The requirements for this position are as follows:
EDUCATION :
Two-year degree from a technical school majoring in Machine Tool Technology or similar required. A minimum of three years of experience as a Machinist accepted in lieu of certificate.
EXPERIENCE :
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Machinist in a manufacturing setting required. Experience with common manufacturing materials and machining processes required. Strong oral and written communication skills required. Ability to work cooperatively and professionally as part of a team required.
SPECIFIC TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE :

Proficiency in manual and CNC type machine set-ups, monitoring, change-outs, etc.
Experience producing tight tolerance components in a production environment.
Ability to detect malfunctions in machine operations, such as worn or damaged cutting tools.
Proficiency using a wide range of precision measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, etc.

Load / Unload parts on machines to support maximum spindle utilization time.
Perform in-process inspection of machined parts to verify conformance to specifications.
Monitor parts as they are completed on the machine.
Perform inspection of machined products, document results.
Maintain work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and follow prescribed safety procedures.
Work cooperatively, sharing knowledge with other members of the team.
